Participating as a vendor and/or sponsor will place you in direct contact with existing and potential customers.  The face-to-face experience allows you the opportunity to enrich the relationship with your existing customers as well as access potential new customers. You will note in the schedule that there are multiple opportunities for attendees to visit vendor booths along with social activities that offer great networking opportunities!

Exhibitor/Sponsor Information:

• Exhibitors will have from 7am - 9:30am on Thursday the 19th to set up. FYI attendee registration table runs from 9am -10am. Exhibitors will need to check in the registration table. Booths will not be preassigned.
• We are planning to have exhibitor booths set up in the main conference room, though we may have to pivot if the number of attendees and the number of needed exhibitor tables limits space.
• It is necessary for exhibitors to register for the conference through the normal registration process so we have a count for food and beverage, but if their sponsorship level includes free conference registration, they may use the coupon code SPONSOR26.
